Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or a Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination (all disciplines)
  • Ability to Read read and understand construction drawings / Interpret All Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical floor plans, section and Elevations.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with strong experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation i.e. JKR submission processes
  • Good communication skills to lead multidisciplinary stakeholders discussions. Willing to learn and a team player.

    • Responsibilities

    • Manage and Lead BIM execution for multiple building/infrastructure projects across design and construction stages, to ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
    • Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
    • Coordinate BIM models among architecture, structural, MEP, and external consultants.
    • Conduct clash detection and model reviews using BIM software.
    • Manage BIM deliverables, documentation, and project timelines.
    • Perform clash detection and 4D/5D simulations when needed
    • Lead model federation and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for seamless integration
    • Work with teams to resolve BIM related issues, particularly to provide technical mentorship to BIM Modelers on advanced modeling and coordination practices
