Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Nutrition, Food Science, or related field

Relevant experience in sports nutrition, fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage

Good knowledge of nutrition principles, supplements, and healthy lifestyle practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve wellness goals

Able to conduct consultations confidently and professionally

Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently

Assess clients’ nutritional needs, lifestyle, body composition, and fitness goals

Develop personalized meal plans and sports nutrition programs

Provide guidance on weight management, muscle gain, recovery, and performance enhancement

Educate clients on healthy eating habits, supplementation, hydration, and sports nutrition practices

Monitor clients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly

Work closely with trainers, wellness consultants, and healthcare professionals to support client goals

Conduct nutrition consultations, workshops, and health talks

Stay updated with current nutrition research, fitness trends, and wellness practices

Maintain accurate consultation records and client progress reports

Support marketing activities, product education, and promotional events when required
