Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Basic: Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent with knowledge of ISO 9001.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • Understand construction drawings and terms, and knowledge in BIM workflows and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D or Autodesk Revit for Architecture/Structure/MEP
  • Construction site experience would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in computing, Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Passionate, willing to learn and hardworking.

    • Tanggungjawab

    • Develop high-fidelity 3D models (Architectural, Structural, or MEP) using Autodesk Revit.
    • Transform 2D drawings and specifications into data-rich digital assets and execute clash detection & 4D/5D simulations to identify and resolve multidisciplinary conflicts early.
    • Work with team members, coordinators and BIM Managers to integrate non-graphical information, including materials and asset data, as to support the project lifecycle.
    • Create and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information in ensuring all deliverables meet Level of Development (LOD) requirements and company standards.
