1. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Handle all inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls, website forms, social media, email, and walk-ins.

• Understand customer requirements, event objectives, budget, and group size before recommending suitable packages.

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and event details promptly.

• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates.

• Maintain proper pipeline updates and customer records in CRM systems.

• Generate and source potential leads proactively through networking, referrals, outreach, partnerships, and prospecting activities.

2. Event Coordination Support

• Assist in coordinating event schedules, participant arrangements, and customer requirements.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure event readiness and operational smoothness.

• Ensure all necessary documents, waivers, payments, and confirmations are completed before events.

• Support on-ground event operations when required.

3. Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

• Ensure timely issuance of quotations, invoices, receipts, and booking confirmations.

• Maintain organized customer databases and event records.

• Monitor pending payments and follow up with customers accordingly.

• Ensure all communication and records are updated accurately in the company system.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in customer service, sales, events, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven with good negotiation and closing skills.

• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly responsive, proactive, and responsible.

• Strong sense of urgency and ownership in handling tasks.
