Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field

• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and science are encouraged to apply

• Good interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people!

• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage

• Own transport preferred (for client visits)

Biocoslab specialises in cosmetic and biotechnology solutions — and we're growing fast! We're looking for a driven Sales Chemist who can bridge the gap between science and business, helping our clients find the right products and ingredients for their needs.

What You'll Do

• Promote and sell Biocoslab's range of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and biotech products to B2B clients (brands, manufacturers, labs)

• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients based on their formulation needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on leads

• Work closely with the R&D team to relay customer feedback and support product demonstrations

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
