Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field in added advantage.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

Positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal skills

Good communication skills, analytical thinking with attention to details

Knowledge and basic skills in MS Office

Responsible, fast learner and pleasant personality

To work independently & multi-task

Working location : Desa Tun Razak

Managing all Sales related activity of the Company

Managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation

A computer literature and be able handle inquiry through telephone effectively

To prepares and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them

Be able to work in a teamwork environment in conflict resolution and interacting with people from various departments within the Company as well as serving as a liaison between outside clients and agents.

Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including sales related e-mail and telephone inquiries.

Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
