Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in fire protection sub-contracting industry.
Good command of language; both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Motivated, hardworking, result-oriented and a team player.
Good leadership and organizing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.

1. Manage overall project delivery in accordance to Technical Specifications, Construction Drawings, Site Master Schedule, Bill of Quantities, Budget, etc, which includes but not limited to the following,
   
   -Prepare method statement and shop drawing, and other related documentations for project executions
   -Prepare, execute and monitor project schedule
   -Prepare and control project budget
   -Prepare project status reports and recommend actions
   -Monitor and guide workflow, setting project goals
   -To attend site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress
   -Issue memo/letter correspondence in relation to matter relates to whole site activities either to client / consultant / subcontractor
   

2. Allocate and control resources i.e. manpower, material and machine to deliver works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards
