Project Planning Tool in Primavera P3, Microsoft Project 2003 & 2007

Software skills in Microsoft Office 2003/2007 – Word,Excel,Power Point

To promote the planning, scheduling and project controls of project site.

Knowledge theoretical and practical aspect of project planning.

Knowledge of sequence of work for building and infrastructure

Degree in Civil Engineering / equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience

To liaise with the Project Manager, Construction Manager and operation team in planning, monitoring and updating the entire program of work.

To assist Project Manager in planning and monitoring the progress of work at site.

Updating the physical progress and liaise with project manager for forecast activity to achieve the target and advice construction manager on planning matters.

Prepare the construction planning and other construction activities with clients and project management inputs.

Be available to provide technical explanation to Project Management on suggested planning activities.

General updating for progress report

Be available to provide project progress to client when requested.

Preparation for application of Extension of Time (EOT) and related documents.

Preparation of status of work program with power point presentation for monthly meeting with consultant and client.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
