  • Internship duration of at least 3 months.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support daily Human Resources and administrative operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding documentation processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and filing systems.

  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, memos, and documentation.

  • Support payroll preparation and staff claims documentation.

  • Handle data entry and ensure proper record management.

  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Manage office administrative duties including stationery monitoring, filing, scanning, and document control.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence professionally.

  • Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or Supervisor.
