Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field.
Internship duration of at least 3 months.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support daily Human Resources and administrative operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, memos, and documentation.
Support payroll preparation and staff claims documentation.
Handle data entry and ensure proper record management.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Manage office administrative duties including stationery monitoring, filing, scanning, and document control.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence professionally.
Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or Supervisor.
