Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialistto support Shell’s Fleet Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations for Hong Kong. This role is part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) journey, responsible for delivering high-quality customer service support from order placement to invoicing, dispute handling, and issue resolution.

You will act as the key contact point for customers, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams while providing timely and accurate responses through phone, email, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order placement, amendments, scheduling, and delivery tracking.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Support invoicing and transactional processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage blocked orders and support basic credit and payment enquiries (cash allocation, refunds, direct debit issues).
• Own end-to-end dispute management, including logging cases, investigation, follow-up, and closure communication.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues while ensuring resolution within agreed SLA.
• Support digital and online services such as live chat, website enquiries, and social media responses.
• Proactively encourage customers to adopt self-service tools and online platforms.
• Identify process gaps and work with stakeholders across HK & Macau to drive continuous improvement.
