Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year experience in CRM in the retail industry. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.

• RM knowledge is essential.

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

• Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Acess, Powerpoint) and numerical analysis skills would be added advantage.

• Able to work effectively and support business leaders to capitalize and turn data into competitive advantage.

• Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang

Job Descriptions:

1. Analyzes sets of data in order to provide insight along with the objective to increase customer retention and return frequency by collecting and organizing data about customer interactions, making it accessible and actionable for all, and facilitating analysis of that data.

2. Monitors customer database by updating customer data daily to ensure data completeness and data consistency.

3. Support operation team to ensure daily operation runs smoothly in terms of data issues and Senheng App issues.

4. Plans and conducts customer data preparation/ filtering, data compiling and generate actionable insight.

5. Prepare database and execution membership engagement campaign using marketing automation tools.

6. Initiates governance roles on loyalty card usage by checking abnormal transactions by staff every month to avoid misuse issue.

7. Collaborate closely with vendor(s) to ensure smooth processing within the system and deliveries.

8. Senheng Members Day preparation from Research on potential products, get quotation, negotiate with supplier for pricing, delivery time & quantity, Survey & compile on the market price of retailers, prepare allocation quantity & PO for each logistic. Follow up with supplier regarding the delivery date and update logistic.

9. Prepare custom reports to be present during Business Review Meeting with supplier by demonstrate PlusOne Portfolio result to portray the supplier’s marketing performance.
