Job Purpose
The Quality Manager cum Floor Ambassador is responsible for overseeing daily operational quality, ensuring excellent customer service standards, maintaining workplace professionalism, and supporting smooth front-line operations. The role acts as the key liaison between management, clients, staff, and visitors to ensure service delivery meets company KPI and operational expectations.
Job Responsibilities
1) Quality Management
Monitor and ensure daily operations comply with company SOP, client requirements, and service level agreements (SLA).
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control procedures and operational standards.
Conduct regular operational audits, inspections, and compliance checks across all service areas.
Analyse service performance trends, operational data, customer feedback, and KPI results to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare monthly quality reports, KPI tracking reports, audit findings, and management presentations.
Ensure all service standards, grooming standards, and workplace etiquette are maintained.
Follow up on customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery actions.
Lead root cause investigations for service failures, complaints, incidents, and non-compliance cases.
Ensure KPI targets and operational benchmarks are achieved.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow efficiency and service quality.
2) Floor Ambassador Duties
Act as the main point of contact for event visitors or clients at the reception and assist visitors with enquiries, directions, meeting arrangements, and registration procedures.
Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Monitor floor activities and provide immediate support for operational issues.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are properly prepared.
Support event coordination and VIP visit arrangements when required.
Maintain proper communication between operations team and management.
