Min SPM or equivalent in a related field

At least 2 years of QC experience in the precision engineering industry

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel) for data entry and reporting

Basic understanding of machining processes

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, surface finish and heat treatment specifications, and GD&T

Proficient in QC inspection and precision measuring instruments (CMM, vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauge, smart scope)

Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

Methodical, proactive, and well-organized

Able to perform accurate visual and dimensional inspections

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and vendors

Inspect incoming raw materials and standard parts to ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct in-process and final inspections prior to product delivery

Record inspection data in accordance with document control requirements.

Prepare and maintain accurate QC reports

Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection areas

Comply with quality, housekeeping, and safety procedures

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
