Core Requirements
Diploma or higher in IT / Computer Science or related
Minimum 1–3 years real IT support experience (enterprise or multi-user environment)
Strong communication skills (mandatory) — able to confidently engage corporate users
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Technical Capability (Practical Focus)
Solid understanding of:
TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
LAN/WAN environments
Strong hands-on experience with:
Windows OS
Microsoft 365 (essential)
User support and troubleshooting
Familiar with:
Basic networking tools
Endpoint/system diagnostics

Able to handle users directly and professionally
Able to explain technical issues in simple terms
Able to work independently in live environments
