We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive / Security Operations Manager to oversee daily manned security operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. The role is responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements, and supporting overall branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily security operations across assigned sites.
• Ensure proper manpower scheduling, deployment, attendance tracking, and minimum overtime usage.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and operational visits (day and night).
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Prepare and implement site assignment instructions, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Lead, train, monitor, and evaluate security personnel performance and development.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, losses, and disciplinary issues, and prepare accurate reports.
• Coordinate leave replacements and emergency manpower arrangements.
• Ensure all equipment, uniforms, and operational resources are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Monitor billing accuracy, overtime claims, expenses, and operational documentation.
• Conduct operations meetings and provide regular updates to Branch/Regional Management.
• Ensure compliance with legal working hours, company policies, and customer requirements.
