Provide administrative support to the sales/operation team.
Manage customers inquiry and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate quotation and follow up the orders.
Assist to arrange and monitor the sales activities such as demo, screening, or exhibition.
Monitor the tender availability, prepare and submit it before the deadline.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
To process orders received from customers and other departments.
Prepare documents for delivery.
Proper inventory record for consignment orders.
Monitor customer delivery deadline to ensure on-time delivery.
Packing of small items to be delivered via courier service.
Arrange domestic and international delivery with forwarder
Tanggungjawab
STPM / Diploma qualification or higher.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proactive with high sense of urgency.
Detail oriented, problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and self-discipline.
Mature and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Able to work independently as well as in team.
Excellent administrative skills and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the stakeholders.
Computer literate.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
