• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

• Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Interest in exploring a career in the property management or real estate industry
• Ability to speak and read Mandarin will be an added advantage

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Executive to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing property management and renovation projects. 

You will work closely with property owners, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and according to requirements. 

Responsibility

- Coordinate and monitor project progress according to timeline and requirements.

- Liaise with property owners, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Provide regular project updates and ensure smooth communication with clients.

- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress and quality.

- Coordinate renovation, maintenance, furnishing, and setup works.

- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.

- Assist in sourcing quotations and coordinating vendors.

- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.

- Handle issue follow-up and ensure proper project completion.

- Experience in renovation or property-related projects.

- Basic knowledge in construction or interior fit-out works.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
