1. Possess Diploma Qualification.

2. Experience in optical retail, eyewear, or customer service industry is an advantage.

4. Good communication skills (Mandarin is an advantage due to customer base).

5. Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.

6. Able to work in retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

7. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

-Working hours | 5.5 days’ work week (shift based), retail hours (typically 11am-8pm)

1. Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles, lenses, and eyewear products based on their needs and lifestyle.

2. Provide basic guidance on lens types, coatings, and product recommendations.

3. Perform frame fitting, adjustments, and minor repairs for spectacles.

4. Support customers with basic after-sales service and product inquiries.

5. Ensure accurate order processing for spectacles and contact lenses.

6. Assist in maintaining product displays, cleanliness, and store presentation standards.

7. Coordinate with optometrists and retail team to ensure smooth customer experience.

8. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate technical issues when necessary.

9. Maintain proper customer records and order documentation.

10. Support sales targets and contribute to overall retail store performance.

11. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail operational standards.
