Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome; training provided).
Smart with numbers, excel, ai tools. Bonus point if familiar with basic accounting and accounting system
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with our Taiwan HQ).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in decision making data.
Positive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Responsibilities
Process company payment requests and prepare supporting documents in accordance with finance and accounting requirements.
Manage office petty cash and coordinate payment matters, including banking, logistics, and operational expenses.
Coordinate and support offline retail store operations in Malaysia, ensuring marketing campaigns are executed smoothly across stores.
Liaise with the marketing team, designers, printing vendors, logistics providers, and POS/IT support teams to ensure all campaign materials, POP displays, promotional tools, and operational requirements are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Monitor the progress of vendors and external partners to ensure timely execution of retail campaigns and store activities.
Arrange logistics and delivery for campaign materials and handle related payment and billing matters.
Remind and coordinate with retail stores regarding weekly administrative and operational tasks.
Manage recurring office operational expenses and administrative matters, including rental, utilities, telephone bills, transportation claims, and other office-related payments.
Assist the National Manager in handling administrative coordination, operational follow-ups, reporting preparation, and newly developed projects.
Work closely with the finance, HR, marketing, and retail operations teams to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Communicate and coordinate with the Taiwan headquarters professionally and effectively across departments.
