Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers.

• Assist customers with outfit styling, sizing recommendations, and product inquiries.

• Achieve store sales targets together with the team.

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.

• Replenish stock, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are properly tagged and displayed.

• Handle cashiering and basic POS system operations.

• Support store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.

• Build positive relationships with customers and create a pleasant shopping experience.

• Assist in daily store opening and closing operations.
