Diploma / Degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or related field

3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or buying support in luxury fashion retail / international brands.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, basic analysis)

Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Support the planning, monitoring, and tracking of Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets.

Highlight stock gaps, overstock situations, and support rebalancing actions.

Assist in selecting and allocating merchandise across assigned luxury brands

Support seasonal buying and replenishment processes

Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports by brand and category

Support analysis of product performance, sell-through, and bestsellers

Assist in identifying slow-moving stock and recommending markdown actions

Liaise with brand partners and suppliers on order follow-ups and deliveries

Support communication on product launches, allocations, and delivery schedules

Support execution of promotions, seasonal launches, and store campaigns

Ensure timely communication of stock updates to relevant stakeholders
