Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience

Able to handle full set accounts independently

Able to perform month-end closing independently

Familiar with accounting software such as Emas, BizCloud2U, or similar systems

Proficient in Excel

Experience in handling accounts for multiple entities is an advantage

Experience in retail, trading, or e-commerce industry is an advantage

Experience in retail and e-commerce sales reconciliation is preferred

Familiar with inventory costing and stock accounting matters

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus

Handle full set accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Perform month-end closing and journal entries

Monitor cash flow, payments, and outstanding balances

Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers

Ensure proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents

Reconcile retail, e-commerce, and consignment sales transactions

Assist in inventory costing and stock-related accounting matters

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST, tax matters)

Support management with financial analysis and reporting
