We are looking for a Clerk cum Admin to join our team at UMMI Surgical Sdn BhdinJohor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will support sales operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth business processes and excellent customer service.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
Disciplined with a positive attitude and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
Proficient in EnglishandBahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative support to the sales/service team, including scheduling with the logistics department and handling customer inquiries.
Manage order processing, invoicing, and other sales-related documentation.
Assist with general office duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Support ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain workflow efficiency.
