CDP / Junior Sous Chef

Location: Cili Kampung Kota Bharu

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in kitchen operations or similar position.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Interview Details:

Interview sessions will be conducted at Cili Kampung Kota Bharu.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company standards.

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities.

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene at all times.

• Support inventory control and stock ordering.

• Ensure all dishes are prepared on time during service.

• Assist in maintaining kitchen discipline and teamwork.

• Follow all food safety and SOP guidelines set by the company.
