6-day work week

Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night shift)

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Minimum SPM, Diploma, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred 

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, hospitality or F&B industry

Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English

Self-motivated and positive attitude

Possess good leadership qualities and problem-solving skills

To lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.

To optimize the best use of available resources (i.e. people, products, and systems), while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns. 

To coach Branch Supervisors and/or Captains on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organization’s objectives. 

To optimize the knowledge competency and skills proficiency of all outlet crew at the highest level through training.

To be responsible for keeping the outlet’s hygiene and cleanliness at the highest standard at all times. 

To be responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality of the highest standard at all times.   

To achieve high morale, good spirits and teamwork in the outlet by impartially rewarding merits and meting out disciplinary penalties. 

To achieve a high productivity level in the outlet by constantly reviewing the manning level, the work schedule and the assignment of duties. 

To assume the role of PIC for a named outlet as assigned by the Regional Managers or the Management.
