Job Summary

Reporting to the BSG Manager, Thailand and Lead Manager, IT APAC, you will design and analyze business-system processes, optimize IT solutions, manage projects, and support end-users to drive continuous IT improvements aligned with global policies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze business-system process flows using Enterprise Architecture software to optimize operational efficiency
  • Research and analyze data and technology solutions to develop optimized business models
  • Identify and resolve system issues or escalate to appropriate teams for advanced solutions
  • Deliver quality support and training to end-users for IT applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of current (As-Is) system processes
  • Manage small IT project startups and collaborate with IT leads on major projects
  • Enforce compliance with global IT policies, procedures, and best practices in software development
  • Provide pre-sales IT solution consulting to commercial teams to support business growth
  • Conduct regular business process reviews to identify opportunities for continuous IT improvement
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and respond to account and change requests effectively
  • Review and analyze operational change requests to support informed decision-making
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose constructive changes to IT processes
  • Support office hours in a global corporate environment, ensuring timely IT assistance
  • Travel to customer sites or other business units as required to support IT initiatives
  • Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Demonstrate proactive, independent, and self-motivated work approach

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems in medium to large corporate environments
  • Experience in IT software product marketing and pre-sales activities
  • Working experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Basic project management skills including time management, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems in high-pressure situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse end-user groups and build collaborative relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with peers, end users, and management at all levels
