Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for tracking and reporting on department initiatives and status reports.

2. Conduct research on specific complaints, the individuals submitting those complaints, and other relevant information related to individual queries or systemic issues.

3. Act on cases and provide case summaries for referral to relevant unit for follow-up review and action.

4. Apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast and employ business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data)

5. Responsible for construction pipeline from point of capture, through data quality assurance and analysis.

Required skill and Qualification.

Minimum 1 years’ experience mining data as data analyst

Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.

Technical writing experience in relevant arear, including queries, reports, and presentation.

Strong SQL or Excel Skill with aptitude for learning other analytic tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
