Willing to work on rotational 12-hour shifts (10AM - 10PM / 10PM - 10AM) to support 24/7 operations.
Lunch Hour/Rest Time (1 Hour 30 Minutes)
Able to work on scheduled Public Holidays, including CNY.
Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to merchants and customers.
Serve as the first point of contact in handling and resolving customer and merchant complaints.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and merchant inquiries, including basic IT-related and system integration questions.
Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels, including Telegram, Skype, and WeChat.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and operational processes.
Identify customer and merchant issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational reports accurately.
