Willing to work overtime and adapt to flexible working arrangements
Able to travel locally and internationally, including weekends and public holidays when required
Basic English writing and communication skills for handling travel and hotel booking arrangements
Tanggungjawab
Assist the Deputy General Manager in handling daily administrative and operational tasks
Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business arrangements
Prepare meeting minutes, organize documents, and maintain proper filing systems
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and related documents
Follow up on project progress and departmental task execution
Coordinate cross-department communication and work arrangements
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
Arrange and manage business travel matters, including:
Flight bookings
Hotel reservations
Travel itinerary planning
Transportation arrangements
Preparation of travel-related documents
Willing to travel locally and overseas with the Deputy General Manager
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible working hours based on management arrangements
Perform other duties assigned by management
