Full Time Inbound Telemarketer Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Telecontinent WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or telecommunication is an advantage

• Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

• Good command of English; additional languages (Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu) are an added advantage

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services

• Convert inbound leads into sales and achieve individual sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant financial solutions when appropriate

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication

• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions

• Accurately update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Assist customers with onboarding and account activation processes

Work Location: Level 17, Menara Tokio Marine Life

Working Hours : 9AM – 6PM

Working Days : Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays

Working hours may be adjusted depending on the assigned market and corresponding time zone

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: up to RM3,000.00

• Sales Incentive: up to RM1,000.00

• Mandarin Language Allowance: RM300.00 (if applicable)

• Attendance Allowance: RM100.00
