Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks.

• Manage media budgets to maximize ROAS, CAC efficiency, and lead quality.

• Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding approaches.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and other attribution platforms.

• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

• Build performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, UTM structures, and attribution models.
