• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of camera
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
• Able to conduct livestreams on TikTok / Facebook / other platforms
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of social media and online selling is an advantage
• Retail or livestream experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or shift schedules when required

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and product display in the store
• Handle stock arrangement and basic store operations
• Conduct livestream sessions to promote products and engage with viewers
• Introduce product features, promotions, and answer customer questions during live sessions
• Work together with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
• Create a fun and interactive shopping experience for customers online and offline
