Kelayakan

  • Proven Experience:Minimum3 to 5 years of active experience as an outbound tour leader. Specialized destination expertise in East Asia (e.g., Japan, China), Europe, or cruise operations is highly preferred.

  • Language Proficiency:Excellent fluent command of spokenMandarin and English is mandatory (to bridge communication between local suppliers, international checkpoints, and Mandarin-speaking premium clientele). Ability to speak local dialects (e.g., Hokkien) or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and outstanding cross-cultural communication abilities. Must be physically fit and capable of handling long walking durations and irregular working hours during peak seasons.

  • Certifications:Certification inFirst Aid and CPR is highly valued and will be given priority.

  • Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to commit to full tour durations (ranging from 5 to 12 days) based on seasonal tour schedules.

Tanggungjawab

  • On-the-Ground Group Management: Lead and manage tour groups from departure until return. Ensure strict time management, seamless logistics, and maintain group synergy and safety at all times.

  • Itinerary Execution & Quality Control: Supervise the delivery of all scheduled activities, meals, hotel check-ins, and transport. Ensure that on-site local guides, drivers, and sub-contractors strictly adhere to our agency's quality standards.

  • Crisis Intervention & Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for any emergencies, including medical situations, flight delays, lost documentation (passports/visas), or sudden itinerary disruptions. Resolve conflicts and unexpected issues calmly and professionally.

  • Client Relations & Customer Experience: Deliver engaging, informative, and professional commentary. Actively engage with tour members, anticipate their needs, and handle complaints tactfully to ensure premium guest satisfaction.

  • Pre-Tour & Post-Tour Execution: Attend pre-tour briefings at the office, review passenger particulars, and verify final travel documents/vouchers. Upon tour completion, submit a comprehensive Tour Leader Report, collect customer feedback forms, and execute accurate financial reconciliation for tour expenses.
