• Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory to handle Mandarin-speaking clients

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive warranty management, automotive insurance claims, or service operations

• Strong understanding of prestige/luxury vehicle mechanics, parts pricing, and workshop operations

• Excellent analytical skills to monitor loss ratios, claim trends, and financial performance

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage conflicts regarding claim disputes

Program Development

• Design, launch, and refine competitive extended warranty packages for prestige vehicles

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive warranty sales through dealership networks, corporate partners, and direct customers

Claims Management

• Oversee the end-to-end claims verification and approval process to ensure fairness and prevent fraud

Risk & Pricing Analysis

• Analyze repair data, failure rates, and parts costs to optimize warranty pricing and profitability

Stakeholder Relations

• Act as the primary liaison with insurance underwriters, workshops, and Mandarin-speaking partners or principal suppliers

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of warranty administrators, claims assessors, and sales executives

Compliance

• Ensure all warranty policies comply with local automotive regulations and company standards
