Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a technical support/product-related role.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; knowledge of Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively.

Ability to work independently when needed

Willingness to travel and support on-site projects.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Testing and familiarize with product software applications and systems

Create manuals and detailed sets of instruction documentation

Guide and train field technicians

Assist in planning/coordination of projects and tasks

First point of contact for all technical issue

Work closely with Sales & Operations
