·        Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and messaging platforms.

·        Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

·        Willing to learn digital advertising tools and content coordination.

·        Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to manage and supporting digital marketing activities, content coordination, inbound enquiries, customer qualify leads and convert into 'sales-ready opportunities' for the Company. This role acts as the first point in turning digital interest into real sales opportunities, with an attractive commission-based incentive structure.

1.     Digital Marketing Support

·        Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok , Xiaohongshu and etc).

·        Support product video coordination and promotional content ideas.

·        Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Meta / Google / TikTok Ads).

·        Coordinate with marketing team on campaign execution and promotions.

2.     Lead Conversion & Sales

·        Handle inbound enquiries from digital platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, website and etc.)

·        Follow up with potential customers via calls and messages.

·        Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

·        Convert leads into showroom visits and successful sales.
