Full Time Sales Merchandiser Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in SWANG CHAI CHUAN SDN BHD Pahang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned outlets to ensure products are well displayed and shelves are properly stocked
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment to ensure product availability
• Ensure pricing labels and promotional materials are updated and properly displayed
• Take orders from customers and achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote company products, promotions, and new product launches
• Build and maintain good relationships with outlet staff, customers, and shop owners
• Execute promotional activities and support sales campaigns at outlets
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and stock-related issues
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customer accounts
• Ensure product visibility and placement meet company merchandising standards
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
• Prepare outlet visit, sales, and merchandising reports for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Must possess a valid license and own transport.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or distribution sales & merchandising is preferred.
• Familiar with route-to-market operations and outlet servicing.
• Result-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
