Prior experience in a related role is preferred.

Actively scout for potential talents from universities, art schools, performing arts academies, social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram), and various on-ground events and fashion scenes.

Identify individuals with strong stage presence, visual appeal, singing or dancing skills, or unique charisma.

Communicate effectively with potential talents to introduce our company’s development platform, resources, and talent training programs to attract them to join us.

Collect and organize talent profiles, including photos, videos, portfolios, and personal information, and submit them promptly to the talent management team.

Collaborate closely with internal departments such as talent managers, content teams, and marketing to evaluate and nurture new talent.

Maintain and regularly update the talent database, tracking potential prospects and their development.

Contribute to the development and execution of scouting strategies based on industry trends and internal needs.

Represent the company positively in all talent engagement and recruitment efforts.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
