Job Description:

Freelance Work-from-Home. LOOKING FOR PEOPLE INTERNATIONALLY (MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE FEEDBACK AND CRITCISM)

- Must Speak Fluent English.

- Must be able to edit at least 2 social media content per day.

- Must use DaVinci Resolve to edit

- Have your own unique style to add

- Good at motion graphics (can be templates or presets)

We're Hiring: Creative Video Editor (Short-Form)

Are you obsessed with video editing & social media? Can you turn raw clips into scroll-stopping videos? If you're the kind of editor who gets into deep focus mode and loves building stories through snappy cuts, then we want to meet you.

We're not looking for beginner / newbie editors who only knows how to edit on capcut. We're looking for semi-pro editors who have 1-2 years experience in the game and love Meme style, Gawx, Sam Kolder, Sidemen, Ali Abdaal.

What You’ll Do:

Own the editing process for both client and internal projects.

Edit vertical (Reels/TikTok) and horizontal (YouTube/FB) videos with high attention to rhythm, trends, and flow.

Handle both short-form and long-form content.

Work across various styles: luxury edits, humorous skits, fast-paced IG trends, and cinematic home tours.

Collaborate closely with our creative team and be involved in shaping the final story.

Be open to feedback, but also assertive about your own creative direction.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Lives and breathes TikTok/IG Reels and can identify what makes content go viral.

Has strong storytelling skills and knows how to edit emotionally and dynamically.

Is organised, focused, and capable of editing efficiently without compromising quality.

Can adapt to a variety of tones – from posh and sleek to quirky and fun.

Has 1–2 years of editing experience but produces work that punches above that.

Can handle high-volume output and juggle multiple projects with ease.

Requirements:

Well versed in Davinci Resolve (Editing, Fusion and Colouring), Photoshop & Lightroom, Motion Graphics.

Great at colour grading, especially with different camera colour formats.

Simple knowledge on Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Familiar with editing workflow and can deliver videos fast.
