Job Title: Product Trainer cum Merchandiser

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product training for promoters, retail staff, and store teams to ensure strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Deliver sales talk, feature demos, and hands-on product walkthroughs.
• Ensure planogram compliance, display quality, and in-store visibility for brand products.
• Implement and maintain POP materials, displays, and promotional setups.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, pricing accuracy, and competitor activities.
• Provide weekly reports on training sessions, merchandising status, and store performance.
• Support in-store promotions, roadshows, and campaign executions when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and outlet staff.
• Gather market insights to support sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product training, merchandising, or retail operations (consumer electronics preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in conducting training sessions and product demos.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with frequent store visits.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Basic reporting skills (Excel).
• Possesses own transport.
