JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to ensure smooth manufacturing operation, preventive maintenance completion, and troubleshooting of mechanical parts within manufacturing facilities and machinery. This includes managing engineering project, initiate improvement project, as well as cost control effectively.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- Degree In Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of working experience

- English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- Gearboxes, Pneumatic, Rotating Equipment, Material, Hydraulic, Lubrication, Vibration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead & assist supervisors & technicians in troubleshooting machine issues related to mechanical parts, carry out KAIZEN activities planning & Root Cause Analysis via 4M, 5Whys methodology.

2. Candidate must have strong understanding on lubrication, pneumatic system, material selection, hydraulic system, as well as rotating equipment.

3. Responsible to continuously review, coordinate & schedule preventive maintenance checklist & activity to ensure continuous improvement will support machine reliable operation.

4. To carry out modifications and changes of existing machine and documented it to improve quality as well as productivity.

5. Responsible to develop BQ, BOM & scope of work on projects for procurement processes, plan & scheduling projects progress via Gantt Chart in detail.

6. Reviewing technical specification for mechanical parts before confirmation to purchase/project award.

7. Develop SOP, OPL, & HIRARC related to work activity, plan and coordinate service department manpower job deployment effectively and fairly.

8. Monitor spare parts movement & availability to ensure production continuity by controlling method of stock receiving and issuing.

9. Ensure working area 6s continuously & factory operations comply with FMA 1967 & OSHA 1994 requirements.

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
