Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs
• Develop and implement individualised nursing care plans
• Assist doctors during medical procedures
• Observe and report patients’ progress
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to infection control standards
• Provide health education and emotional support to patients and families

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Nursing Board with valid APC
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
