Job Description

1. To perform assessment, check, monitor and record Passion Care patients’ vital sign (blood pressure, pulse etc) if and when necessary.

2. Perform physical assessment of the patient.

3. Teamwork with the doctor and other clinical staff on patient management by giving input during clinical rounds.

4. Plan and provide appropriate nursing care.

5. Ensure patient safety of all times.

6. Providing basic physical assistance to patients.

7. Perform nursing procedure according to SOPs (dressing, turning position, bath etc).

8. Providing basic physical assistance to patients.

9. Provide feeding according to dietery requirements

10. Observe patient behaviour, complaints and any new physical symptoms.

11. Administer medications as per prescription adhering to 7’R”

12. To work together with other caregivers on patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
