We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant / Nurse to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering quality healthcare services and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures in a professional manner
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup
• Perform patient triage, including measuring vital signs and recording medical history
• Provide basic medical care such as wound dressing and injections under supervision
• Assist in blood sample collection and proper handling of laboratory specimens
• Ensure accurate and systematic documentation of patient records and medical reports
• Educate patients on prescribed medications and post-treatment care
• Follow clinic protocols for infection control and patient safety at all times
• Respond to medical emergencies efficiently and professionally
• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strict confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Assistant / Paramedic Science (Pre-Hospital Care) / Nursing
• Possess a valid Medical Assistant or Nursing license recognized by relevant authorities
• Minimum 1 year of working experience OR fresh graduates with a valid license are encouraged to apply
• Friendly, responsible, and passionate about patient care
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
