• Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients, under the guidance of kitchen staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food and waste.
• Support inventory management by assisting with the receiving, storing, and rotation of stock.
• Assist during peak hours by helping with additional tasks as directed by supervisors or chefs.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly, in accordance with environmental guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform any other duties assigned by kitchen management to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
