• Assess patients: Evaluate the patient’s physical, mental, and emotional capabilities, and identify areas where the patient may need help.
• Develop treatment plans: Create individualized therapy plans that focus on specific activities to enhance daily functioning, such as dressing, eating, or work-related tasks.
• Provide therapy: Use various therapeutic techniques, such as exercises, adaptive equipment, or task modifications, to help patients improve their abilities.
• Monitor progress: Track patient progress throughout the therapy process and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families: Teach patients and their families strategies for managing daily activities, including exercises, techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with a team: Work with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care for patients.
• Maintain records: Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other necessary information in patient records to ensure accurate communication and ongoing care.
• Promote safety and wellness: Advise patients on preventing further injuries and maintaining overall wellness, which may include home modifications, ergonomic adjustments, and stress reduction strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
