- Greet and check in patients, assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness and stocking necessary supplies.
- Take and record patients' vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer injections, medications, and perform basic medical tests as directed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing.
- Provide patient education and instructions on medication, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Handle phone calls, manage front desk duties, and facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
- Maintain and update medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in accordance with healthcare regulations.
