Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Commis Chefs and Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and are eager to grow in a professional kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and mise en place according to kitchen standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing wastage
• Work closely with the kitchen team during service periods
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and available for smooth operations
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Follow recipes, SOPs, and plating guidelines

Requirements

For Commis Chef

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Positive attitude and team player

For Demi Chef

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Ability to manage a section independently during service
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Leadership qualities and ability to guide junior team members is a plus
