Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Safety Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di HB GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Job Purpose
To ensure the construction site operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, and to monitor and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental hazards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Safety Monitoring
o Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe working conditions.
o Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
o Identify unsafe acts or conditions and initiate corrective action.
2. Compliance & Regulations
o Ensure compliance with local safety legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.
o Maintain knowledge of OSHA / local safety laws and updates.
o Liaise with authorities for site inspections or incident investigations.
3. Risk Management
o Assist in hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
o Recommend and implement risk control measures.
o Maintain and update site-specific safety plans (SSSP).
4. Incident Management
o Respond to and investigate incidents/accidents/near misses.
o Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis.
o Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Safety Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety training.
o Submit safety performance reports.
o Keep documentation aligned with ISO standards or client requirements.
6. Emergency Preparedness
o Ensure emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits) is in place and serviceable.
o Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
7. Coordination & Communication
o Coordinate with project team, contractors, and workers on safety-related matters.
o Promote a strong safety culture on site.
o Attend safety meetings and escalate serious safety issues to the Project Director/ Project Manager.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications

o SSS Certificate (e.g., from DOSH/ OSHA)
o Construction Safety Course
o First Aid / Fire Safety training

• Experience: 2–5 years in construction safety supervision.
• Skills:

o Knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control.
o Strong observational and communication skills.
o Report writing and basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel).

Working hours:
Monday - Saturday : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
