Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily fresh chicken orders and coordinate with Purchasing for other products.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (sales vs target, year-on-year comparison).
• Coordinate promotions and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Submit monthly staff incentives and rebate reports within deadlines.
• Process supplier orders (e.g., eggs) and liaise with vendors.
• Manage permit applications (Malaysia & Brunei) and ensure timely submission.
• Update product pricing and maintain accurate price lists.
• Compile and submit production and other required reports.

Requirements:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Excel and reporting skills
